February (second half)

Two months later, Makenna FINALLY decided she liked her Christmas gift. :)
It has been so fun for the girls to enjoy it together.

"Mommy gave me the spoon!"

"Mmmm! I love yogurt!"

She is a two-fisted eater. ;)

If big sister is wearing a sweater, then little sister also needs to be wearing a sweater. And she feels SO cool when she gets to wear big sister's sweater. :)

"What do you mean, it's 'all gone'?"

Groomed to broom!
My girls feel like they've won the lottery when I let them have the hand sweeper.

"Shoe!"

I pulled out a batch of shoes to try on, and she was in H-E-A-V-E-N.

She must have said "shoe" about 2,005 times.

"Zhhhhhhh!"
That's Makenna's "word" for "wash hands". She LOVES to wash her hands at the sink.

Jake studied. And PASSED!
Woohoo!

Something different to do with play-doh.
The girls really enjoyed it.

Typical Makenna. Enjoying books and romping on the couch.

First Lucky Charms. She was a fan.

Trying on Mattaya's headlamp.

Probably not her first lollipop. But she liked it A LOT!
We had been downtown to pick up the very special egg slicer Daddy had ordered (he's very particular about odd things). When we were leaving the store, we pulled over in the hallway to get our hats and mittens on (and to again discuss why Mommy tells us not to touch things in that fancy kitchen store). Unthinking, I had parked us in front of the barber's window. He dropped what he was doing to bring my children obscene amounts of CANDY. This lollipop was one of those treats.

Yum Yum Yum

Funny-feeling fingers.
